Ban Black roasts its own green coffee in Zouk Mosbeh and sells it whole bean or ground to your brew method. Single origins from Ethiopia, Colombia, Honduras and Peru sit alongside house blends and traditional Lebanese-style coffee. Roast profiles are built per lot rather than run to one house curve, which is why the Ethiopians stay floral and the extended fermentations keep their fruit. Bags are dated. Tell us your brewer at checkout - espresso, V60, Chemex, moka pot, French press or cold brew - and the grind is set for it.
