Thai Ambrosia is a divine indulgence, a rare and exquisite gift from the lands of Northern Thailand. At his farm in the highlands of Huai Mae Liam, Chiang Rai, farmer Asor Meriaeku meticulously crafts this special lot of Catuai and Chiang Mai varietals.
The secret to its profound character lies in the Anaerobic Natural process. This innovative technique concentrates the natural sugars of the coffee cherry, creating a lush and uniquely rich cup. The result is a flavor profile of extraordinary depth and complexity.
Expect a decadent experience that blooms with the sweet, tropical notes of Dried Mango and a deep, luscious Cacao finish. Thai Ambrosia is truly a heavenly coffee, offering a taste of Thailand’s verdant landscapes in every indulgent sip.
