Measuring Coffee in my Spoon?
Quick Note: different coffee grinds differ even on the same spoon you are using to measure. Preferable to use a scale case you require exact measurements.
Not everyone has a gram scale at home. To make things easier, we will set up a reference for you to see how much grams are in the spoon you are using. Keep note this is not exact measurement, so the gram could defer from one spoon to another in your kitchen.
(Note: the most accurate way to measure a tablespoon is to use a measuring spoon. If you don’t have access to a tablespoon, 3 level teaspoons make up 1 tablespoon.)
** “Heaped” is when the content of the spoon is piled up and higher than the edge of the spoon
